The Declining Cost of Cricut Cartridges
Over the holiday season I saw quite a decline on the price of Cricut Cartridges. I was excited to see this because I love this machine, but I cannot afford the cost of all these cartridges. They are now running on sale for about $40, which is a big price cut compared to $80-$100. If you still find the cost of these cartridges a little high, you can always trade with someone else who has a cartridge that you want to use, this can help you save a lot of money.
I wonder if this is going to be a permanent change. With the economy being so poor, people are spending a lot less money on hobbies, and scrap booking may take a hit because of this. The Cricut machine is such a handy tool, I don’t know if I could stop buying cartridges, but I would definitely limit the amount that I purchase.
What do you think about the declining cost of the Cricut cartridges? Do you think that this will be a permanent change, or do you think that they will go right back up in cost?

I hope that it is a permanent change as I really want to get a Cricut Expression but with the initial investment cost plus the pricyness of the cartridges I wasn’t sure that it was something realistic moneywise.
