Saving Money on Scrapbook Supplies - Part 2
Yesterday we talked about the basics of saving money on scrapbooks supplies, but there is so much more that I thought I would go into a few more. Scrapbooking can be quite expensive, and you want to create memories for as cheap as possible. While it can be a fun and addicting hobby, we do not want it to brake the bank.
Taking advantage off a percent off coupon at your local craft store. Michaels, Joann Crafts, and a few other major craft stores will offer a 40% or 50% off coupon on one regular price item. Use these coupons to purchase bigger ticket items when they are not on sale because they will save you a ton of money. You cannot typically use them on Cricut items, but there are a lot of other expensive tools you can get with these coupons.
Get a small container with a lid on it and save your scraps. When you are looking to add a little something onto a card or scrapbook page you are creating, open the container up. Save and reuse these scraps and get more out of the material so you are wasting less money. You would be amazed at how much use you can get out of these materials that you would normally throw away. The container will also keep them organized as well.
Do you have any money saving tips on scrapbook supplies? Please share them, we would love to talk about all of them so that we all can save some money.
